How to add a new user to DLS IV

1. To get to the User Manager, Go to "Tools" then select "User Manager" Template:Screenshot

The user manager window will appear. There will be two tabs at the top, "User Groups" and "Users"

2. From here you can select whether you would like to create a new user group or create a new user by selecting the "Create New User" icon or "Create New Group" icon Template:Screenshot

3. When you select "Create new user" you will be prompted to enter

• User Name
• Language
• Password
• An option to lock a user
