Panel Option Permissions – defines access rules for Account Groups and Users for usage of features within an account.  Panel Option Permissions includes permissions for Secure Data, Functions, System Reset, and System Initialization.

Panel Option Permissions – defines access rules for Account Groups and Users for usage of features within an account. Panel Option Permissions includes permissions for Secure Data, Functions, System Reset, and System Initialization.


By default all Users and User Groups have full permission to each type (Upload, Download, Execute and Save) of options for accounts they have permission to open and view (see Account Group permissions above).


Secure Data

This allows for controlled access to data within an account that is considered sensitive data (installers code, downloading access code, etc). Permissions can be set to allow or restrict user from:

• Uploading

• Downloading

• Executing

• Saving

• Restricted Access (viewing)


Functions

This allows for controlled access to executing status functions (arm/disarm, bypassing zones):

• Executing

• Saving

• Restricted Access (viewing)


System Reset

This allows for controlled access to executing status functions that reset the panel (combus reset, system reset):

• Executing

• Saving

• Restricted Access (viewing)


System Initialization

This allows for controlled access to executing status functions that reset the panel (combus reset, system reset):

• Executing

• Saving

• Restricted Access (viewing)
