Panel Option Permissions – defines access rules for Account Groups and Users for usage of features within an account. Panel Option Permissions includes permissions for Secure Data, Functions, System Reset, and System Initialization.

By default all Users and User Groups have full permission to each type (Upload, Download, Execute and Save) of options for accounts they have permission to open and view (see Account Group permissions above).

Secure Data

This option allows only controlled access to data within an account that is considered to have sensitive data (installer's code, downloading access code, and so on). Permissions can be set to allow or restrict the user from doing the following:

• Downloading

• Executing

• Saving

• Restricted Access (viewing)

Functions

This option allows for controlled access to executing status functions (arm/disarm, bypassing zones):

• Executing

• Saving

• Restricted Access (viewing)

System Reset

This allows for controlled access to executing status functions that reset the panel (combus reset, system reset):

• Executing

• Saving

• Restricted Access (viewing)

System Initialization

This allows for controlled access to executing status functions that reset the panel (combus reset, system reset):

• Executing

• Saving

• Restricted Access (viewing)
