System Permissions

System Permissions - defines access rules for User Groups and Users for DLSPRO general usage. System Permissions includes permissions for Account Groups and Recent Activity. Account Group: Any new user or user group which needs to have access to a specified account group needs to be specifically granted access. Individual Users or User Group can be granted following permissions to a specified Account Groups and all of the sub groups below it:

• Read Account

• Edit Account

• Change Permissions

• Add Accounts

• Delete Accounts

Recent Activity: By default each User or User Group has permission to view its own logs. Permission can be set to allow or restrict a User or User Group to:

• View the users own activity logs

• View all users activity logs

• Change such permissions
