Connection Types

In order to connect to a panel, you must first decide which type of connection you wish to use. The following options are available.

PSTN

By selecting this option you will be using the MD-12 modem to dial into the panel. You will need to program the panels phone number. This can be done when you are creating your account, or you can change the number through the account properties, which can be done by right-clicking on the account from the main screen and selecting properties.

Connecting to the Panel

First you must choose the desired communications operation (Global upload, Global Download, Communicate Tags, etc.).
